Saturday 12th November 2011, Theatr MwldanThe Peter Gould Music Trust is delighted to welcome a group of young musicians from the restigious RWCMD. The College compete alongside an international peer group of Conservatoires and specialist art colleges for the best students globally, enabling students to enter and influence the world of music, theatre and related professions.
Friday 2nd December 2011, Theatr MwldanFounded in 2007, the Wu Quartet recently became only the second British based string quartet to be selected for the European Chamber Music Academy where they will perform and attend masterclasses across Europe.
Saturday 14th January 2012, Theatr MwldanThe members of the Bacchus Piano Trio have been playing together in different chamber music formations since 2004. Building on their very evident rapport, they came together as a trio in 2009. Each of the players is well established and they are much in demand as soloists and chamber musicians; between them they have won nearly every available major award and prize for young solo musicians in the UK, as well as accolades from beyond.

Ruth Jenkins is a welcome addition to the Peter Gould Music Trust's concert series this year as a thoroughly enchanting and adept performer, showcasing "a voice with rich timbres and clear and feisty forward projection." Ruth is currently studying with Lillian Watson and Audrey Hyland on the Opera Course at the Royal Academy of Music, and will be favouring us with some repertoire from English song, French Mélodie and German Lieder.
Making a welcome return to the Trust’s concert series, O Duo have been described by The Daily Telegraph as ‘brimming with style and panache’. Over the last two years O Duo has made their BBC Proms debut, won a Special Commissioning Award from the Borletti-Buitoni Trust and been appointed Artistic Directors of the Children’s Classic Concerts series in Scotland.
